What? Actual Paper? Real Paint?

I got an awesome set of Watercolor paints for Christmas (thanks in-laws!) which I finally used to paint something. It's been far too long since I've painted with anything other than digital paint and I had a lot of fun. I think this turned out moderately well and I'm excited to try more.

Man, I'm really jealous already looking at this. I need to look up where you guys got these watercolor supplies from and try it out myself.

as fun as digital painting is, it just never feels the same as real paint. and as fast as digital painting is, with enough practice real painting can be just as efficient. i recently started painting again its a blast.

Been thinking that I need to get out the paints again, maybe some gauche, see if I can still do it.
Old cowboys certainly looking grim. But that's what draws us to them. Fabulous piece.

Wow! Kev, you are amazing! My favorite part is the teeth, they have the perfect hue; they are that offset yellow color that most people have, it's awesome. Great Job

There is no medium that can hold you back from creating a masterpiece. Well done Bro. I love it.

it's always nice to see traditional mediums in this age of digital, well, everything--mad respect.
